If you obtain a written estimate of similar equipment and installation scope from a licensed HVAC contractor at a lower price point, we will match the price, OR we will refund any deposit with no cancellation fee. Buyer must purchase a qualifying HVAC system with installation within 5 business days to be eligible.

1. Carolina Conditions will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the system quotation from the competitor qualifies as a match. Our price match guarantee is only valid on purchases that include both equipment and installation.
2. This offer is valid for Carolina Conditions sales only and excludes one of a kind, reconditioned items, or discontinued items. Carolina Conditions will not match typographical or other errors on competitors’ prices, features, or any other advertising errors in competitors’ advertisements. Photos or photocopies of estimates, advertisements, or receipts will not be accepted as verification of competitor pricing.
3. Guarantee not valid on prior purchases. Must present competitive item information at the time of purchase to be eligible.
4. Carolina Conditions may modify or terminate the system price guarantee program at any time.
