HVAC Service Coordinator

We are looking to add an additional HVAC Service Coordinator to our team for someone that has experience/knowledge in the heating and cooling industry to join our team that enjoys working with other enthusiastic professionals and has a passion for customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as direct administrative support for Field Technicians and Service Managers
• Provide live material estimates
• Complete daily timesheets of designated service technicians
• Dispatch technicians to service calls (zoning)
• Complete splits, and payroll adjustments as part of invoicing
• Complete invoices and picture reports
• Coordinate parts (material ordering)
• Complete permits and inspection coordination and 811
• Warranty return coordination

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of customer service or work experience in one of the trades (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing)

• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Service Titan experience is preferred but not required.

Residential HVAC Service Technician

Carolina Conditions is searching for experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians interested in working for a great company on course for strong growth. The ideal candidate already possesses the technical skills needed for the position and has a great attitude. Must have the ability to service, troubleshoot, and repair most residential HVAC systems. EPA certification is required. Experience will include advanced troubleshooting with heat pumps, gas furnaces, ACs, high voltage and low voltage, and system startup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

We are looking for a leader with the ability to learn quickly. Compensation is historically 2/3 hourly and 1/3 commission for production. Most Service Technicians drive their work vehicles home. Carolina Conditions is a full service residential mechanical company looking for a skilled residential electrical service technician. The position we have available requires outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Our service electricians are fully capable independent operators and may be assisted by apprentices on occasion. We will entertain electrician "teams" if multiple technicians wish to apply together.

Carolina Conditions services the Lexington and Richland County areas and prefers candidates that live in the same area. The ideal candidate has experience working by himself in residential homes as well as in a team for larger projects. New construction experience is great but not our focus, we highly value service experience.
