Courtney Varn was so very courteous and kind. He wore shoe protection when he came in the house each time. He explained in detail the work he was doing and even looked at other things they specialize in and made suggestions and pointed out concerns. 5 stars. Turned us into a future customer. Carolina Conditions, what a wonderful company! We needed a new air conditioner installed after our old one gave out, and Jonathan at Carolina Conditions set up the installation of a unit in record time. Ceaser and crew installed the new unit outside and in the attic so efficiently and expertly that we barely knew they were in our house. The people of this company are professional, congenial, and knowledgeable; we’ll never call anyone else.

This company is the real deal. My HVAC Service Technician, Karen May, was so thorough in her inspection of my HVAC , even during a severe thunderstorm. She crawled, searched and inspected system, made the recommendations and took pictures to show what she can across. I have since scheduled 4 other services from this company. Give them a try - You won't be sorry.
