Quon was exceptional and respectful of my time.Update: Quon and John Raynes came over and sorted some issues out with A/C, were respectful of my time, and genuinely polite as well as taking the time to “unpack” some HVAC concerns I had. Great people!Mark from HVAC was my most recent technician and had truly unparalleled customer service. They offer a military rate, and their technicians are top notch, and the reason why I have been using them for years.

There are no words to describe the amazing experience I had. I was having electrical issues and couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple failed attempts at finding a GOOD electrician, I came across Carolina Conditions. The electrician that came out was Patrick T. The amount of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy I was met with was unbelievable. He was able to tell me what the issue was in a way that I could understand. He provided some quotes and made sure I had no questions before he left. I can't recommend this place fast enough to people! Thank you guys for helping solve my issue.
